摘要
Herein, chitosan (CS) modified by polyacrylamide (PAM) as adsorbents for treating tetracycline wastewater is presented. The property of CS-PAM was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). In addition, parameters affecting adsorption behavior such as adsorbents dosage and initial pH were also examined. The results showed the structure of CS-PAM adsorbents exhibited better adsorption performance. Compared with CS and PAM, CS-PAM adsorbents showed a superior adsorption performance with the maximum TC removal efficiency of 83.11% at the CS-PAM dosage of 100 mg and initial pH value of 8.0.
