Various Issues in Regional Implementation of Real-time Information Sharing System Using Smartphone

摘要
In this study, we developed a real-time disaster information collection system with a combination of smartphones and Internet GIS. Through an investigation of the Kumamoto Earthquake and disaster drills in many regions, we proved the effectiveness of this system. However, these experimentation also revealed various issues in implementation this information collection system to a regional community as a collaboration between the local government and private corporations.
