摘要：
Rizzi and Ruggiero and later Ruggiero independently have shown that it is possible to calculate Sagnac: effect in flat, Schwarzschild, Lense-Thirring (slowly spinning sphere), Kerr and Godel metrics in analogy with Aharonov-Bohm effect. One may reasonably wonder : Is it possible to derive this effect independently, i.e. by some direct method ? In this paper, we show that the answer to this question is indeed in the affirmative.
