摘要：
The aim of this paper is the analysis of the mortgage market development in the Czech Republic. The Mortgage Loan is a specific purpose loan for investment in real estate and for purchase of real estate into ownership (as well as a co-ownership share), settlement of co-ownership and inheritance claims towards real estate, purchase of a cooperative flat, construction of real estate, reconstruction, modernisation and repair of real estate. The interest rate fixed for Mortgage loans over the period of validity (1 to 5 years from signature of the loan contract).
