Review of the Researches on the Evaluation System of China's Public Service of Housing Security

The past years have witnessed the surging price in China's housing market. As a result, low and moderate income families have found it difficult to buy a house. In order to tackle this issue, the Chinese government has launched a series of policies regarding housing security. These policies has contributed to some degree to helping some families out. For many, however, housing still remains a problem to be solved. To have a in-depth research of China's public service of housing security service, this paper analyzes China's housing security system, and reviews the service's indicators. This paper analyzes the present research achievements, draws on the experience of some scholars, and puts forward some innovative approaches. A system of evaluation indicators is established in the end.
