摘要
A dispersion slope equaliser on a planar lightwave circuit for 8 x 40 Gbit/s WDM transmission is reported. This device consists of an eight-equaliser array fabricated on one wafer and an arrayed-waveguide grating, The bias electrical power needed for thermooptic phase shifts was reduced by over 90%.
