摘要
It is very easy for miners to generate job burnout because of dull work. They burn out and distract form work. Miner's job burnout can cause bored psychology, rebellion psychology and losing sense of responsibility. Therefore, it will cause potential insecurity. This article proposes countermeasures from miners themselves, coal enterprises and society.
