Implementation of The Administrative Excellence and Construction of a Service-oriented Government

The service-oriented government regards service as the concept, public as a guide, the public interest as the goal, serving the public and society as the core functions, and provides the high quality public products and services for the public. Tangshan plays a major role in building the Coastal Economic Rising Zone in Hebei province and coastal strong province of economy and society development. Building a service-oriented government is not only the inevitable requirement for building a harmonious Tangshan, but also the key factor for enhancing the economic competitiveness of Tangshan. Based on the service-oriented government theory, this thesis makes a detailed analysis of the necessity of building the service-oriented government in Tangshan, realizes and analyzes the present situation and the questions, and proposes the corresponding solution.
