摘要
Maintainability design criteria is the final performance of maintainability and is the best and most direct basis for designers to consider maintainability, whose application degree directly determine the level of product maintainability. However, the current design system and maintainability design criteria's characteristics lead to that maintainability design criteria's operability is not strong. Then maintainability level reflected by the products is not very high, thus causing difficulties in servicing the product later and spending so much in maintainability. This paper aims at solving this problem by a heuristic application model of maintainability design criteria. Firstly, facing the current situation, in conjunction with the specific product, named battery of vehicles typical system, a series of special maintainability design criteria are developed by function configuration and maintainability issue analysis. Secondly, association analysis between maintainability design criteria and design features is developed. Finally, referring to problems booting method of intelligent reasoning, this paper constructs the heuristic application model of maintainability design criteria. The model ultimately makes maintainability design criteria's heuristic application true and provides an effective design method for the designers.
