摘要：
The cultural sector is nowadays considered one of the important areas, not only in the research activity of experts who deal with this issue, but also for the managers working in different organizations. Culture is an interdisciplinary topic, which research is not orientated only to research organizational culture within management, but other scientific disciplines such as political science, economics, sociology and others deals with culture as well. The aim of the article is to analyse the various definitions of culture from the perspective of selected scientific disciplines (sociology, politics, economics, management) and highlight the common characteristics of culture in the context of selected scientific disciplines.
