摘要
The bid assessment method is adopted in conducting qualitative indicators in the quantitative process, lack of a scientific and reasonable conversion method. Against these problems of the project evaluation methods, the value of the project will be introduced in the bid assessment mechanism, considering the project features and costs, integrating comprehensive weight method to quantify the weight of sub-functional evaluation of bidders value target. And it make the evaluation method is more scientific, reasonable and conducive to achieve optimal project value.
