Effect of PNF Stretching on Muscular Strength and EMG Parameters in Callisthenic Athletes

摘要
To investigate the effect of PNF Stretching on strength and EMG Parameters in callisthenic athletics. Methods: we take 32 callisthenic athletics as participants, and they were tested after bicycle exercise and bicycle exercise/PNF stretching protocol, then compared and analyzed the data to get the conclusions. Conclusion: results indicated that PNF stretching did not alter the MVC and the isometric force-time curve characteristics significantly. Quadriceps muscle EMG Parameters decrease significantly.
