摘要：
Project-based industries such as the construction and engineering industry with permanent or semi-permanent project teams regard knowledge transfer between concurrent projects as highly. This paper constructs a game model of inter-projects knowledge transfer, analyzes the dynamic evolution path of inter-projects knowledge transfer strategy, and indicates that knowledge transfer activities between projects only occur when both the two projects gain more than their respective knowledge transfer costs. Furthermore, some suggestions aim to improve the level of knowledge transfer between projects are put forward based on the convergence paths of dynamic evolutionary game influence factors.
