摘要
Transnational mergers and acquisitions involve companies in different countries, enterprises will encounter some difficult issues on management after the mergers and acquisitions, especially human resource issues, such as remuneration, cultural conflict, the loss of central personnel,etc. Chinese enterprises should take effective measures to address these issues after the success of mergers and acquisitions and enable enterprises to be well rotary.
