摘要
The regenerative burner is the most key part of regenerative furnace, and its performance has important influence on the heating quality of slabs. In order to optimize the structure of regenerative burner, improve the heating performance of furnace, the combustion process of blast furnace gas regenerative burner is simulated by CFD modeling with FLUENT, and the influences of nozzle structural parameters on temperature field in furnace are analyzed. The results indicate that: (1) The water-vapor reaction mechanism can be used for BFG regenerative burner simulation. (2) The changes of the distance between air nozzle and gas nozzle in 15 D-20 D and the angle of nozzle in 3 degrees-9 degrees have little influence on temperature, and the high temperature zone mainly concentrates in the middle of the furnace, the temperature field is uniform, the temperature difference is less than 100 degrees C. (3) The matching of nozzle distance and nozzle angle is important, and the inappropriate design will cause incomplete combustion. Lastly, the optimal parameters are chosen according to numerical results, and 18 D and 5 degrees is the optimal combination.
