摘要
Modem projects are characterized by their large sizes and multi-investment, and project management is becoming increasingly complicated and more difficult. Without advanced and practical management models, it would be impossible to construct projects with good functions at low investments. Construction project integration management is all effectual method to resolve the weakness of the traditional management model. the strong point of PMC is analyzed in the point of integration management. The organization structure and its main characteristics of project PMC model in accordance with concurrent engineering are introduced and also the new cooperation relationship between each members of project is illustrated in this paper. In order to improve the comprehensive economic benefits of the engineering project, this paper presents project information portal (PIP) information communication method used in PMC project, and puts forward integrated project team constituted in project.
