摘要
Effects of metabolites of antagonistic bacilli of two different taxonomic groups, B. subtilis and B. polymyxa, on spore germination and mycelium development in phytopathogenic fungi Bipolaris sorokiniana, Fusarium avenaceum, F. culmorum, and F. solani were studied. Metabolites produced by bacteria of the B. subtilis group were found to cause irreversible damage to the cytoskeleton of the forming fungal mycelium. The differences observed were likely to be related to the nature and mechanism of action of antibiotic substances characteristic of each taxonomic group of bacilli.
