摘要
From the perspective of hazard-bearing bodies, the study on vulnerability of region surrounding major hazard installations is a link between consequence of industrial accidents and risk. The definition for vulnerability of region surrounding major hazard installations is given from the exposure and damageable extent of vulnerable targets. A new framework of vulnerability assessment for region surrounding major hazard installations is proposed, including major hazard identification, accident scenarios analysis, accident consequences simulation, vulnerability index system construction, vulnerability model construction and software of vulnerability assessment for region surrounding major hazard installations development.
