摘要
This paper using factor analysis, correlation analysis, model analysis and network analysis methods, combined with the related statistical data, information and computer technology, researched the current problems on the talent in the media industry, such as social status of media industry high skill talents low, the people hold the bias opinion on them, and media school quantity little, seriously insufficient investment, etc. Because media industry high-skill talents in our country's economic development plays a vital role, so perfecting media industry development policy on them guarantees the normal operation of the social economy. Innovate the training system and reinvent the evaluation system, perfect incentive mechanism on media industry high-skill talents, etc. Only constant exploration, seek the new method and the new policies on development and construction media industry high-skill talents, media industry talents fully play the positive role, contributed to the healthy development of Chinese economy.
