摘要
The high pressure waves created due to muzzle blast flowfield through the gun barrel during firing is a critical issue to examine. The impulsive noise from the gun has various negative effects such as damage of human bodies, damage of structures, creating an environmental, social problem and also military problems, so beyond the range of a flow field was simulated numerically. The calculation was based on the 2D axial symmetry Navier-Stokes equations and standard k-epsilon turbulence model. From numerical simulations, wave dynamic processes are simulated and discussed. The pressure variation of the blast flowfield is analyzed, The results of this study will be helpful in understanding muzzle blast wave and designing silencer.
