摘要：
For enterprise, Industrial Design Product Development is an efficient way and foundation to make production business development plan and to improve the economic efficiency. A scientific design project management has great significance for design goals' and tasks' completion and design efficiency increasing. This paper mainly discusses in product design development, by the help of a scientific project management to improve the efficiency and speed of product development, thus to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. In addition, this paper analysis design project management theory play an important role in the process of product development and developers. Finally, it discusses the evaluation of industrial design project management in methods and significances.
