摘要：
This article approaches guidelines of improvement of the study process of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Lithuanian University of Agriculture and suggests a Conceptual Management Teaching Model pursuing to prepare highly qualified managerial specialists able to adapt to contemporary market conditions.
