摘要：
A gate drive circuit for power devices requires a signal and power transmission function. The wires of the gate drive circuit tend to increase in circuits depending on a number of power devices. This paper proposes a gate drive circuit using SAW devices which can transmit signal and power for the power devices, simultaneously. The experimental result using a buck converter circuit was conducted by using the SAW device.
