摘要
Precipitation directly influences the energy balance, so that a greater percentage difference between latent and sensitive heat flows is observed when there is an increase in water availability in the system. The objective of this research was to compare the cumulative precipitation in 2016 with the present days, in the climatological standard and its influence in the energy balance change on the coverage of an urban building in the city of Recife, PE, Brazil. The study was carried out between February 1 and September 30, 2016, at the Charles Darwin building garage of Rio Ave Empreendimentos constructor. A micrometeorological tower was installed for measurement of the meteorological variables. The results indicate that a cumulative total precipitation of 862 mm was observed throughout the monitoring period. The month of May presented accumulated equivalent to 40.5% of the whole monitoring period and the months of August and September were the driest. Based on the meteorological variables recorded, during the monitoring period, it is assumed that the accumulated precipitation in 2016 was atypical in relation to the climatological standard, which had an impact on the energy balance change.
