DECLARATION OF BOLOGNA AND OUR INTEGRATION IN THE EUROPEAN HIGHER EDUCATION

摘要
University of Shkodra "Luigj Gurakuqi" is one of the oldest universities of Albania. The University of Shkodra was established 55 years ago as an Institute of Higher Education. It has 6 Faculties attended by more than 14500 students. It issues 25 Bachelor and 32 Master diplomas (Professional and scientifically) and PhD programmer for the year 2011-2012. As results of the implementation of the Bologna Declaration and the enlargement of contacts with different European and American Universities during the last 10 years there have been signed many cooperation agreements which have helped improve the level of educational, scientific an managerial work. Hence, in order to successfully face the challenge of integration into the European Higher Education System we are focusing on new concepts that derive from the system of market economy. In this material are given different information, opinions for the work that is doing, with our aims that our university to offer best stable alternations to foreseen these challenges in the future.
