摘要
Heuristic techniques are one of the problem-solving ways. They represent a mathematical process in which we construct our knowledge through our experience. It is an interesting and enjoyable way to learn mathematics which is also important in everyday situations. Most of mathematical problems have more than one solution. If students are introduced to more approaches they will be able to use more problem solving strategies and it also develops their intuitive thinking. The probability is the area in which problems can often be solved in different ways, but these are unknown for many people. We focused on some problems from the field of probability theory which can be solved by heuristic methods and intuitive thinking.
