Study on Real Estate Industry Supply Chain Alliance Profits Allocation

The profit allocation mechanism is vital to the supply chain alliance, compared with general manufacturing industry supply chain alliance, and the real estate industry supply chain alliance is more complicated. The communication and co-ordination is more difficult, therefore established fair and reasonable mechanism of profit allocation is more important. Based on applying symbiosis theory and conception into supply chain alliance which is a man-made symbiotic system, combined with the features of the real estate supply chain alliance, this paper applied Material and Energy Transformation Law, Energy Conservation Law and Henry Louis Lechatelier Balanced Reaction Principle, integrated the impact of risks and resources on the alliance profit allocation, then established the real estate industry supply chain alliance profit allocation mechanism from a new perspective, provided a reliable reference method for the efficient operation of real estate alliance to cope with vigorous market competition.
