Microwave dielectric properties of ceramics of the system Ba6-x(SmyNd1-y)8+2x/3Ti18O54

摘要：
The dielectric properties of solid solutions Ba4(Sm0.6Nd0.4)9.33Ti18O54 in the whole range of composition between 0<y<1 at x = 1 and x = 2 were investigated. Results showed that the compound containing small part of about 5 at% Nd for Sm is a most promising material for chip-on-glass capacitor and microwave applications.
