摘要：
The training mode of our Graduate Students is divided into three categories, that is academic, applied and integrated. How to prompt the graduates of all kinds of training mode in universities to act as "go hand in hand, each focusing on" through the effective adjustment requires the innovation and guarantee in terms of the ideas, systems and policies. This paper aims to propose the suggestions of improving the diversified training mode of college students according to the three aspects of the changing concepts, institutional innovation and policy support.
