摘要
From the perspective of city, Jiangsu province enterprise energy conservation and emission reduction in the evaluation of performance is studied. First, the energy conservation and emission reduction of performance comprehensive evaluation index system is established. Second, using the principal component analysis method to 13 major cities have the empirical analysis and comparative study. Finally, a comprehensive and three classification evaluation list is given.
