摘要
Our research approaches corporate governance on Romanian banking system from "leadership in a continuous change" perspective, by identifying and analyzing the possible consequences of changes in management structures over performances reached by financial institutions in their "road to success", by reference to prior findings on the same topic. The research methodology used for achieving our goal is based on both quantitative and qualitative analysis of the major changes encountered over time in Romanian banking system leadership structures affecting performances, in comparison to prior related research findings.
