摘要：
The crisis decision is key link of crisis management, and it has some characteristics such as the complexity of environment incompletion of information and non-structure of decision. This paper analyzes characteristics of crisis decision, and points out the importance of decision support system (DSS) in the process of crisis decision, then from the point of view of information treatment and knowledge mining, knowledge and reasoning is introduced into DSS, and proposes a crisis decision support system based on knowledge reasoning, and then discusses its frame and reasoning mechanism. This system provides a powerful decision support for decision-makers.
