摘要
Cleancool fiber is a novel and eco-friendly textile material, recently study of cleancool fiber and its applications is very popular due to its excellent properties like micro-organism resistance and moisture quick-drying property. The morphological structure, fineness and the single fiber strength of cleancool fiber are studied separately. Then, a kind of cleancool blended yam (cleancool fiber and cotton fiber blend ratio is 65 / 35) was selected and physical investigations were conducted, including yarn strength, fineness uniformity, moisture content, acid and alkali resistance and heat resistance. Conclusions arising from the experimental results are very important for the production and applications of cleancool fiber in the near future.
