摘要
Paper presents some aspects regarding the Socially Responsible Corporation (CSR), the management of this, in the way to involve principles of sustainable development, as part of Europe 2020 strategy for smart sustainable and inclusive growth. The case study presented begins with questions like: why, what and what for CSR, general or specific findings, leading to responsible competitiveness and business excellence, considering as relevant to give some examples of perspectives, cases and CSR policies at national or EU level, in order to clarify the above mentioned situations. This perspective fits to the models of micro-economics, to the resource based approach in strategic management and to Gutenberg's production theory in business administration. Since investments and current costs are the main factors affecting the decision making and the perspective focuses on production and efficiency, other actors and stakeholders are not taken into account.
