摘要
The results of studies of the structure of gas hydrates structures using topological crystallography are presented. Finite graphs were built that are topologically fully equivalent to infinite structures with periodic boundary conditions. Such quotient graphs are an alternative and very convenient form of representation of the structure of ice-like systems. They are well suited for the study of proton disorder and topology of hydrogen bonding. With constructed quotient graphs obtained accurate statistics proton disorder in the reviewed unit cells cubic structure I and hexagonal structure H. A statistical analysis of random proton transfer along hydrogen-bonded chains was carried out.
