摘要
We utilize a recently developed fractal propagation method for modeling and assessing the performance of various light-sheet microscopy illumination and collection methods for imaging optically clear human tissues. Our simulation framework opens new possibilities for the design and optimization of next-generation light-sheet microscopes.
