摘要
Direct method of field ion microscopy the effect of formation of nanocrystalline structure in subsurface volume Of Pure platinum (99,99 %) as a result of an irradiation accelerated up to 30 keV by positive ions of argon (F = 10(16) - 10(17) sm(-2)) is found out.
