On the theory of electronic transport in a strong magnetic field

摘要
A new concept of transversal dissipationless transport in a strong magnetic field is developed. Ir attributes all the transport due to thermal and concentration gradients uniquely. to the specific part of boundary fluxes of charge and heat not related to the orbital movement of the electrons. It is stated that the processes in the bulk do not absolutely contribute to this transport. All corresponding phenomena are determined exclusively by divergences of the boundary fluxes on the surfaces parallel to the above gradients and to the magnetic field. General expressions for these fluxes are obtained. The theory, from the very beginning is consistent with the Einstein and Onsager relations, and differs from the accepted not only conceptually but, qualitatively, both in the quantum and classic approaches.
