摘要
With the development of UHVDC and UHVAC techniques, China has gradually formed a complex power grid based on an UHV hybrid AC-DC system. As the transient phenomena of such a network becomes more complicated, it is vital to analyze the hybrid AC-DC system through accurate numerical simulation tools. In this paper, a cloud computing-based simulation platform, i.e. CloudPSS, is introduced. The fast start-up strategy for the hybrid AC-DC system electromagnetic transient (EMT) simulation on CloudPSS is proposed. Then, the EMT model of a test case combing IEEE 39-bus standard system with the CIGRE HVDC benchmark is built on the CloudPSS platform. Benefits from the fast start-up strategy, the EMT model of the hybrid AC-DC system can be initialized directly from provided load flow data. Test results validates the correctness of the model and indicates the effectiveness and practicability of the fast start-up strategy of CloudPSS.
