摘要
The optimal microneurosurgical clipping of an intracranial aneurysm should include complete occlusion of the lesion and preservation of blood flow in the parent, branching and perforating arteries. Microscope-integrated near-infrared (NIR) indocyanine green videoangiography (ICG-VA) is a new technique of blood-flow measurement that has recently been applied to neurosurgery. Four patients were included in this study and intraoperative ICG-VA in assessing the residual neck or the patency of vessels after clipping were recorded and correlated with postoperative computed tomography angiography (CTA) or digital subtraction angiography (DSA). Postoperative imaging studies revealed no incomplete occlusions of aneurysmal domes and there were no parent artery occlusions.
