Given the central role played by virtual technologies in business and social transactions of the global society, the need to analyze the ethical and moral dilemmas associated with the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) Is crucial, At the same time, the Increasing importance Of business ethics highlights the need for a link between the practice of business and computer ethics through the Implementation of transparency initiatives. However, at the present time managers tend to disregard the link between ICT ethics and business ethics,The aim of this paper to to relate the evolution of computer ethics and the phenomenon of organizational transparency.
