摘要：
Physicians now have at their disposal a very useful tool for early diagnosis of prostate cancer: measurement of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels in serum. Although PSA is not the ideal tumor marker that we physicians all wish we had, it may help guide us in identifying and managing prostate cancer, which currently is the most common malignant disease found in men.
