摘要
Public satisfaction is one of the important indexes in evaluating government performance. Urban human settlement is important in urban management. Beijing urban human settlement satisfaction index reflects residents' satisfaction with urban human settlement. satisfaction and public service provided by administrative department. With the method of correlation analysis, an empirical analysis is conducted to analyze residents' satisfaction with urban settlement in six districts of Beijing. It finds out the problems in urban settlement construction, learns from experience of global cities in city governance, and based on analysis result and current situation, this paper provides policy suggestions to improving Beijing urban human settlement satisfaction mainly from three aspects: Transform the functions of government and build a demand-oriented urban human settlement public service system, build a public satisfaction-oriented urban human settlement performance evaluation system and construct an urban governance model of multiple subjects.
