摘要：
Considering the multi-attribute group decision-making based on uncertain linguistic information, interval 2-tuple weighted average aggregation (ITWAA) operator and uncertain linguistic averaging (ULA) operator are employed for the computation of integrated uncertain linguistic information from decision-makers in terms of evaluation attributes. Dominance likelihood matrix is constructed for each attribute according to the definition of likelihood, so as to determine the weight of each attribute. The uncertain 2-tuple ordered weighted average (UTOWA) operator is used to calculate the value of each alternative for ranking. The feasibility and effectiveness of this approach is illustrated in a case study.
