摘要:
Nanocrystalline La0.8Pb0.2Fe0.8Co0.2O3 has been prepared by the citrate method. The structure, electrical and CO gas-sensing properties were investigated. The results demonstrated that La0.8Pb0.2Fe0.8Co0.2O3 is a perovskite phase with the orthorhombic structure, it shows p-type semiconducting properties. In a wide temperature range of 40-200 degrees C, La0.8Pb0.2Fe0.8Co0.2O3-based sensor showed good sensitivity and selectivity to CO gas. An empirical relationship of R = KCH2 alpha with alpha = 0.61 can be obtained. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
