The nature of workplace mentoring relationships among faculty members in Christian higher education

摘要
Full-time faculty teaching in Christian higher education were surveyed about how they envision and practice mentoring among themselves. The study, a replication of a 1991 study by Sands, Parson, and Duane, examined who is involved in mentoring, why, under what conditions, what is done, and what faculty desire in mentoring relationships.
