摘要
The vibrational spectra of the bathe and lumi intermediates in the room-temperature rhodopsin photo-reaction are measured by picosecond time-resolved coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy (PTR/CARS). The instrumental principles underlying PTR/CARS together with I:he advantages of PTR/CARS applications in protein reactions are discussed.
