摘要：
The financial results of enterprises included in the financial statements give a possibility to external entities examine their level of management from different perspectives. However, these results must be understood in context of the development of external and internal environments of enterprises. The acquired knowledge allows to uncover the strengths and weaknesses of the company and then choose the right tactics in mutual negotiations, to develop effective state leadership development programs.
