摘要
This paper analyzes the periodic characteristic of different storm and storm frequency in coastal cities of Liaoning province by the evaluation model of information diffusion theory. Then, we evaluate the risk of rainstorm and flood disaster. The results show that: Large or heavy rainstorm in Jinzhou occurs once every about 6.2 years, Yingkou occurs once every about 6.6 years, Dalian occurs once every about 5.3 years, Dandong occurs once every about 4.5 years; the rainstorm frequency of Dalian and Dandong are significantly larger than the area of Jinzhou and Yingkou. Risk analysis of rainstorm and flood disaster's order is Dalian, Dandong, Yingkou and Jinzhou.
