摘要
After nearly two years of recession, after a sustained struggle to reduce as much as possible the effects of the financial and economic crisis and on the uprising of a new food crisis, the managers and the entrepreneurs found that the only positive answer to these pressures is: to promote the culture and spirit of entrepreneurship. In order to outline such a positive answer, the authors have begun to work and completed two projects that have had the effect of entrepreneurship development in the South-East region of Romania, to promote and disseminate the entrepreneurial culture and the tangible feedback have had the outcome of creation of new companies in the region. Thus, there have been developed complex questionnaires to determine the training needs in this area, there have been identified the managers and the entrepreneurs with strategic vision and they were included in the targeted group, they have been trained and led to the planned objective: to develop and diversify, the existing business. This paper presents the first stage of this work.
